I am so excited and finally feel like I'm ready to go. Mom and I went to AAA for a travelers credit card and to exchange some money. It was very easy and we tested to card by paying for three two cent stamps... yeah I'm cheep and trying to save my money for UK. Things are falling into place, I'm packed, have my passport, a new camera, money and can now just count down the days.
It just feels so different this time to be going to England and not Haiti. It's a big switch but I'm ready to just go play. I'm also ready for colder weather. I've been in two VERY HOT places for most of the year and am ready to cool off. Haiti and Florida will do that to you. I walk here around the house with sweaters on and dad just shakes his head in disbelief because it's 58 outside. My scarfs are packed and I can't wait to put them back on.
